Top 10 ways to make ‘The Hobbit’ movie like ‘Avatar’
Though I'm always blogging and singing praises about the movie AVATAR, no amount of 3D or CGI effects can ever replace The Lord of the Rings as my favorite movie of all time! Avatar may be the highest grossing movie of all time, earning more than $ 2 Billion in the box-office, but if LOTR were shown today with the same technology that Avatar used, it would have earned twice as much. Trust me! Though James Cameron's movie is very relevant in a time where Global warming is a very serious issue that we face, as countries around the world are experiencing it's devastating effects. Still, the message that Tolkien conveys is very lyrical and timeless! The battle between Good and Evil remains to this day, and all of us, just like Frodo feels the weight of the Ring in his vest pocket as we go about our daily lives. Probably asking ourselves, should I do the right thing? or find the easy way out?
It has been 10 years since I have seen The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, and I still feel it's magical spell on me. Every once in a while, I would dream of Elves passing outside our house, with their fell beauty in the twilight.
